Welcome to Silkée. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website [www.silkeerituals.com] and any related pages linking to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”), as well as your purchase, receipt or use of any Silkée products (the “Products”).
“Silkée”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to MZA Ventures LLC-FZ, registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By accessing or using the Website, or by ordering, receiving or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our discretion. When we do:
We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Effective Date” above.
If we make material changes and you have an account or recent order, we may also notify you by email or through the Website.
Your continued use of the Website or purchase of Products after the new Terms are posted means you accept the changes.

2. Account Creation & Eligibility

You may use the Website only if:
You can form a legally binding contract under the laws of your country of residence, and
You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
To place orders, you may be asked to create an account.
When you create an account, you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information.
Keep your details up to date.
Keep your login and password confidential and not share them with others.
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If we believe that any information is inaccurate, or your account is being misused, we may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion.

3. Terms of Sale

3.1 Orders, Pricing & Payments

We aim to provide accurate information about our Products and prices, but:
Prices, product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
Colours and textures may look different depending on your device screen.
Products may be limited in quantity or discontinued at any time.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. We may cancel or modify an order (for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payment is due at checkout and must be authorised before we ship.
We may process parts of an order separately.
You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including product price, shipping, taxes and any applicable duties (where indicated).


3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, digital wallets, local payment gateways).
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that method and that the information is correct.

3.3 Quantity Limits & Restrictions

To protect our brand and prevent misuse, we may:
Limit the number of items per person, per household, per order, or per address.
Cancel or refuse any order we consider suspicious (e.g. bulk reselling, repeated high-value orders, suspected fraud).
Restrict or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Resellers & Unauthorised Distribution

Silkée Products are intended for personal use only.
Without our prior written consent, you may not:
Purchase Products for resale, distribution or export.
Use our Products in any unauthorised commercial setting (e.g. clinics, spas) under our brand name.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we believe are placed by resellers or for resale.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the UAE only. All orders are shipped on the same day.

5.2 Shipping Fees

Shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
We may change shipping fees over time, but the fee displayed to you at checkout is the one that applies to that order.

5.3 Delivery & Risk of Loss

We will arrange delivery to the address you provide at checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered or made available by the courier at the address you specified (e.g. building reception, parcel box, guard room where applicable).
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

5.4 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please check your address details carefully. If a shipment is returned because:
The address is incorrect,
The parcel is unclaimed, or
Delivery was refused without valid reason,
we may (at our discretion):
Reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or
Refund the product price minus shipping and any return charges from the courier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Personal Hygiene – No Physical Returns

Silkée gloves and related exfoliation products are personal hygiene items.
For health and safety reasons, and to comply with hygiene standards:
We do not accept physical returns of opened or used Products.
Once a Product’s hygiene seal or primary packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned to us, even if you simply change your mind.
Where local consumer law requires acceptance of returns for unopened items, we will comply with those mandatory provisions.

6.2 3-Day “Love It” Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to genuinely enjoy your Silkée ritual. If you do not like the Product for any reason, you may request a refund within 3 days of the delivery date.
Conditions:
You must contact us within 3 calendar days from the delivery date shown in the courier tracking.

Your name
Order number
Delivery date
A short explanation of why you are not satisfied (for our internal improvement only).
Because of the hygiene nature of the Product:
We do not require you to send the glove back.
We may ask for photos (e.g. of the glove and packaging) to verify your request.
Refund scope:
Unless otherwise stated, the refund relates to the product price only. Shipping fees and customs/duties are normally non-refundable, except where required by law or where the issue is clearly due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit the 3-day guarantee in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests by the same customer).
This guarantee is in addition to any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.3 Quality Issues, Defects or Damage

If your Product arrives damaged, defective or with a quality issue, we will refund or replace it.
Please contact us at [support@silkeerituals.com] within [14] days of delivery and include:
Order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Description of the problem
Depending on the situation, we may:
Send a replacement Product, or
Provide a full or partial refund.
We generally do not require you to return the Product, but we may ask you to safely dispose of it and confirm via photo or written confirmation.

6.4 When Refunds Are Not Available

Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for:
Requests made outside the 3-day “love it” window or outside the defect notification period.
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.
Products altered or used in a way not intended.

7. Product Use & Health Disclaimer

Silkée Products are cosmetic and skincare accessories, not medical devices and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
You should:
Read and follow all usage instructions and warnings.
Conduct a patch test, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Avoid using on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin.
Consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional if you have a skin condition (e.g. eczema, psoriasis, active acne, rosacea).
Nothing on our Website is intended as medical advice. You are responsible for how you use the Product. If you experience discomfort, irritation or an adverse reaction, stop use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

8. Website Use & Security

You may use the Website only for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
Browsing Products,
Placing orders,
Accessing information and content we make available.
You agree not to:
Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with the Website’s security, performance, or infrastructure.
Access areas of the Website or server that you are not authorised to access.
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
We may monitor Website activity and take any action we consider appropriate (including suspending access) to protect Silkée and other users.

(collectively, the “Content”) is owned by Silkée or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
Except where we clearly permit it, you may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or exploit the Content for any commercial purpose.
Use any Silkée trademarks, trade dress or logos without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

10. User Content & Reviews

From time to time, you may be able to submit content such as reviews, photos, comments, testimonials or social media posts that mention Silkée (“User Content”).
By submitting or tagging us in User Content, you:
Confirm that you have the right to share it.
Grant Silkée a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and share that content in any media for marketing, promotional or informational purposes (for example, re-posting your review on our Website or social channels).
We may, but are not obligated to, moderate or remove User Content that we consider inappropriate, harmful or in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You remain responsible for your User Content and must ensure that it does not:
Infringe any third-party rights,
Contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful or offensive material, or
Mislead or misrepresent.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website may contain links to websites, content or services operated by third parties (“Third-Party Services”).
We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services.
Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Silkée and its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Products.
Our total liability in respect of any claim relating to a Product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UAE law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Silkée and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your misuse of the Website or Products,
Your breach of these Terms, or
Your infringement of any third-party right while using our Website or sharing User Content.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Website or the Products, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Unless the parties agree in writing to an alternative dispute resolution forum:
The courts of [Dubai, United Arab Emirates] (or insert emirate you prefer) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms, the Website or the Products.
